It's been 1 year since Meijer opened in my community. I have only been there for the grand opening.
I hate the parking lot, the entrance from the street. I really don't like shopping there. The prices are higher than Pick N Save. It's like Shopko, Walmart, and, Pick N Save all in one. I haven't even looked at the non-food items. I'm not interested in Meijer at all.
I happened to be near the store. I stopped at Meijer to sign up for a contest. I looked around. I confirmed that I will not be returning for the same reasons. It's just not my kind of store.
I did buy a few things. They had different brands of cheese. I wanted to try organic cheese. I bought 2, 1.50 each.
I can't tell organic from regular cheese. I can't tell if my life or health is better because of organic cheese.
I was searching for something different in the meat department of my supermarket. I received a good coupon for 1.50 off $7.00 worth of meat.
I always head for the discount section. I know I may be taking a risk of expired meat. Nothing happened yet. I use it right away. I have found some great deals on meat.
I found Italian Stuffed Meatballs, ground turkey meatballs, stuffed with mozzarella, and breaded.
I cooked the meatballs in the oven at °450. Took 20 minutes to cook. I have a big batch of 🍝. It just added the meatballs.
I heard so much about this beer. But every time I go to the store to find it. I forget the name of the beer. I ramble to myself trying to remember the name. Three, three, three
3 times I tried to find this 🍺, there wasn't enough in stock to make your own six pack or on the regular six pack on the shelves.
The name is Third Space. It's a homegrown beer, made in Milwaukee, WI.
There are 3 different styles. I can't remember the others.
My first trial is Unite The Clans, Scottish-Style Rye Ale.
I would like sites like Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster to a have interaction with the recruiter or HR on their sites. The ability to message the recruiter, ask questions. It's just submit resume and cover letter. Many times there's no names or company names. You have no idea which HR person or recruiter to reach out to on Linkedin. Many HR won't accept invitations on LinkedIn, it's the only way to ask questions. I have asked questions in my invitations and received no answers just an accepted invite. I have used the cover letter section on in Indeed to ask questions, I didn't get any answers. It's not fair that only the HR get to message you when they're interested in you.
Interactive Indeed, Glassdoor, or Monster would be great.
