How did you deal with a difficult coworker?
Whenever one coworker would get crabby and snap at me, I asked the person to stop.
I would remind this person, that she needed me to help her complete all the work; she would have to do it all alone or she might have to work with someone worse than me.
I never reported her. I let it slide.
The only time I reported an incident, when she used words that hurt. Concerning my personal life and my husband just died.
Result: Nothing happened; just my coworker didn’t talk to me for a while. Until the next time.
